3 A verdict per compressor

1. Unit A Cleared for full operation Strong surge margin. Two early signatures added to the trending baseline.
2. Unit B Keep running, monitor closer Early third-stage signature. Trended at every survey before anyone opens it.
3. Unit C Schedule a planned overhaul Motor and stage bearing wear. Gear-case overhaul booked into the next outage.
4. Unit D Inspect internally now Second-stage looseness and a third-stage diffuser signature. Opened on our terms, not the failure's.
