Compressor controllers
Centrifugal, rotary screw, reciprocating, and master sequencing logic engineered to keep mixed fleets running on shared setpoints.
Controls and powerhouse integration
The Fischer Group combines PLC algorithms, decades of compressor field experience, and HMI systems designed for the people running the plant. The result is controls work that modernizes compressor rooms without locking customers into one OEM stack.
Control capability
The Fischer Group controls offering covers the compressor, the support equipment, the valves and hardware, and the operator experience, all engineered to work together.
Control scope
Centrifugal, rotary screw, reciprocating, and master sequencing logic engineered to keep mixed fleets running on shared setpoints.
Dryers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and filtering systems brought onto a single control surface for operators.
Inlet guide vanes, blow-off valves, anti-surge valves, control valves, water valves, and condensate float switches.
Touchscreen HMI, Ethernet/SCADA integration, real-time logging, historian-friendly trending, and remote programming.
Operator experience
The Fischer Group's controls land in front of operators as a single trusted surface, not a tab in someone else's SCADA. Trending, alarming, sequencing, and load-sharing all run through the same logic The Fischer Group uses on its own Bone Dry dryers.
How it looks in practice
The Fischer Group's controls work tends to grow. A unit controller on one compressor becomes the controls standard for the whole room.
The Fischer Group installed Allen Bradley PLC controls on a customer's compressor over 20 years ago. That same plant now runs seven TFG-controlled compressors, and called The Fischer Group back for the most recent overhaul too.
Four As New Refurbished Centrifugal Compressors, TFG Bone Dry dryers, individual PLC unit controls, a Master Controller, and a full SCADA system, all supplied and installed by The Fischer Group as a single turnkey scope.
The Fischer Group pioneered open-architecture Allen Bradley PLC controls for compressed air systems in 1997. Open architecture means the customer's own maintenance team can work on the system: no OEM lock-in, no proprietary black box.
Send the machine details, symptoms, timing, and any part numbers you have. The Fischer Group will help route the work toward service, controls, parts, diagnostics, or dryers.
