Joy TA-50 Rebuild: Rentals Returned, Full Production Restored
A Joy MSG Series TA-50 flagged for high-frequency noise and irregular vibration got a full gear-case rebuild. The plant sent its rental compressors back and returned to full production.

This unit was first flagged for high-frequency noise and irregular vibration. After a thorough vibration analysis, we identified significant bearing wear along with other mechanical issues that needed attention. The rebuild
Our team completed a full rebuild of the gear-case and associated components. The unit has since been reinstalled and is running reliably. With the TA-50 back in operation, the plant was able to return all of its rental compressors and resume full production on its own installed equipment.
