Compressor Rebuilds

Sometimes It's the Little Things That Matter Most

At The Fischer Group, we work every day to help our customers maintain and operate their equipment at the highest standards of performance. Lifecycle management is a cornerstone of everything we do.

Often we’re called in when major failures occur, repairing or rebuilding compressors, dryers and control systems. Fortunately, that’s not the case every day. Many times the fixes are smaller, the costs are lower and the wins are quieter. I’ll admit those small victories can get overlooked when larger projects demand attention. But they’re just as important, and they show the skill, pride and craftsmanship our service team brings to every job.

This is one of those moments worth recognizing.

Before and after

This OEM inlet guide vane (IGV) had clearly seen better days. Neglected and well past its expected lifecycle, it had worn bushings, broken linkages and excessive play that made airflow control a challenge. With some TLC, expert hands and a few replacement parts, our team restored it to better-than-ever condition, ready to deliver reliable performance for decades to come.

No job is too large or too small for The Fischer Group. This is what we do. We even added a little color for Christmas.
