Not Every Dryer Problem Needs a New Dryer
When a compressed air dryer underperforms, TFG doesn't default to selling a new Bone Dry. Sometimes the right fix is TFG controller software in the existing PLC, a new PLC, or upgraded valves.
Not every challenge has the same solution, and it shouldn’t.
At The Fischer Group, when a customer comes to us with a problem on their compressed air dryer, we don’t automatically default to selling a TFG Bone Dry desiccant dryer. We understand that the best solution isn’t always a replacement dryer.
Upgrade, don’t always replace
When a dryer is underperforming, we might recommend upgrading to a TFG Modified Blower Purge Dryer. Or we can improve the system already in place by installing TFG’s custom controller software in the existing PLC, installing a new PLC, or upgrading the valves. That reduces maintenance and improves overall reliability, which is exactly what we did here for this customer.
